Looking for 2-4 additional Full Time Construction Clean Up Team workers to assist in keeping our projects in tip top shape! Construction site clean-up crew will provide cleaning services for our residential development projects throughout the Asheville area. Daily responsibilities include site clean-up services such as picking up after subcontractors, tidying materials and work areas, interior cleaning and detailing before inspections and closing, punch list clean up, exterior landscape prep, landscape placement, general site pick up, etc. Hourly rate begins at $15 depending on experience. Opportunity for growth in multiple areas! Must be able to lift 40+ pounds.
