Position Summary: Provide high quality customer service to our clients through general lawn maintenance activities including but not limited to edging/trimming, mowing, application of seed, fertilizer and pesticides. You must be able to provide your own transportation to and from the office (crew transportation to and from the job site will be provided) Qualifications: Strong work ethic and moral values Positive attitude Team player Self motivated Quick learner Dependable & flexible (may work Saturdays due to weather and during peak season). Enjoys working outdoors Good communication skills, able to follow oral and written instructions Be able to withstand high amount of physical activity for 8 hours or more per day Understands customer service, treats customers and co-workers with respect and kindness Duties: Able to operate mowers, trimmer, edger, blower, tiller, aerator etc. Understands the importance of and follows all safety measures Able to maintain equipment and company property Strong attention to detail, strives for excellence and 100% customer satisfaction Good organizational skills Willingness to learn and teach as needed Able to carry 50 lbs.
