I posted this last week but someone flagged it. I did not mention any personal information but in general. I was commenting on the political ads. Wouldn’t it be great if the the truth in advertising laws applied to Political ads? If it bothers you that I would like to be able to actually believe what a candidate is saying. You hear so much bickering about each other and it’s hard to know what to believe. My son ran for town council a couple of years ago and he was a certain party. There was another person who ran as unaffiliated and there was a third person who ran for mayor that was another party. The three ran together and they said nothing negative about their opponents. Well, they all won! They actually went door to door together. They just said what they wanted to see done. What a great example of honesty in campaigning. Why can’t we have that across the board? Unique idea? It’s what America used to stand for. Now I have not violated any TOU! If I offend anyone because I would love to have honesty then I would say that you are not being honest yourself.
