Description

We need: - 4 ceiling spot lights installed and hooked up to an existing switch only 3 feet away (open walls) - Run a new GFI outlet to a new sink. - Add 2 more wall outlets (next to vanities existing GFIs) - Change out 2 switches to dimmers We do need a invoice from licensed, insured Master Electrician who can also assist in pulling permit with City of Miami Beach if/when needed (no journeman as you must be licensed and insured). Walls and celing is exposed and easily accessible (just need to poke some holes in soffit/walls to feed cable). We look forward hearing from you and working with you.
