This course is a total of 7 Sessions, beginning June 4th and ending October 8th.
During this guided stretching course you will learn how to relieve pain associated with stiffness from tense and tight muscles. Beginning in June through October join me for a series of sessions on pre-scheduled Saturday mornings at 8am (see dates below). Bring a yoga mat, coffee, mimosa (or other morning wake up juice 😉) and be ready to breathe in the fresh air and feel good all weekend long!
$35 covers all 7 sessions in this course.
