Make your own vegan candle, meet your fellow eco-community, and swap your old candles for ones new to you! Join us in welcoming Jaelle Candle Co back for their second customized candle workshop! They'll be providing the non-toxic scents, soy-coconut wax, wood wicks, and 8oz jars to help you make your own candle! Choose from scents like Cocoa Butter Cashmere, Mango Papaya, and more! We'll even have a toppings bar to make your candle look as unique as you want. Once the candles are poured, you'll enjoy some wine & sweet treats, plastic-free shopping, and chit-chatting with like-minded individuals. This event is not only for making an amazing candle, but for finding community & a safe space for all. To add to the sustainability aspect of this event, we'll also be hosting a candle swap! See below for those details. Candle Swap: bring your old candles to give them to someone who may love them! If you're like us, your favorite scents change over the years and you're left with lots of half-used and previously-loved candles. Bring those candles to Zuke's so we can all swap our old ones for new-to-us ones! Every guest will get to swap with each other so you all get to go home with new ones! We highly encourage you to BYO- Bring Your Own- snacks, meals, and drinks to enjoy while you swap and socialize. It will be during dinner time after all! Think of this event as more of a mixer & social event rather than 'just' a DIY candle.
