Delaware County Pride is hosting their first pride event on Sunday, June 5. Join us at The Andes Hotel in Andes, New York, from 4PM - 7PM. Delaware County Pride is hosting their first pride event on Sunday, June 5. Join us from 4PM - 7PM at The Andes Hotel in Andes, New York for our Coming Out Party. This free, family-friendly event is open to the public, and will feature a DJ, Drag performers and a story time for our younger guests, featuring books that focus on diversity and inclusivity. There will be food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) available for purchase. Raffles highlighting products and services from across the county, along with Delaware County Pride merchandise will help Delaware County Pride raise funds to support the local LGBTQIA+ community with support and services. LGBTQIA+ people are and have always been here in Delaware County, NY. However, we have not always been visible or had the acceptance and support in the broader community. This impacts our health and safety and our ability to be our authentic selves in the world. The safety of our community members is our highest priority. We look forward to seeing you in June!
