Rehoming my Flame Point Siamese

Rehoming my one year old unneutered flame point Siamese. His name is Sunny. He is NOT neutered. Up to date on all his shots and negative for FeLV (which I have records for). Sunny comes off as shy, but will let you know when he wants attention. He is strictly an indoor cat. I really do not want to rehome him, but due to a series of extenuating circumstances a 3 year old family member moved into my home. Sunny has been terrified since. It’s been a few months and he has not warmed up to this change & seems miserable. He only comes out of hiding when she’s not around. I tried rehoming the 3 year old, but no luck! I just want Sunny to be happy. He deserves to be loved & happy. Rehoming fee required.
