Enjoy breathtaking ocean views as you deepen in serenity & ground yourself by digging your toes into the sand while breathing in the nourishing fresh ocean air. Suggested Donation - $10-20 (venmo @yogafitsme) * All levels class, no experience needed * Each class is designed with a combinations of breath work, meditation & yoga postures to increase strength, flexibility & balance leaving you mentally and physically refreshed & nourished. WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat or large beach towel (can also be used under mat) Extra Layers (can get chilly as the sun goes does)Yoga Props you like to useBlanket (for Savasana)WaterLoveWe meet on the sand in front of the bathrooms on Coronado Beach North Shore near Dog Beach.
