Cancer StrongHER is SO EXCITED to bring back our yoga program!!! Join us for a restorative yoga session customizable for all. This free restorative yoga session is taught by Stephane Mamantov, an ACSM Cancer Exercise Trainer, Prana Yoga Therapy for Cancer Patient Instructor, and iRest Yoga Nidra teacher, who has been working with cancer patients and survivors in Fort Worth since 2010. This class is free for female survivors of ALL cancers. You may bring a female friend with you to celebrate the re-launch of our yoga program! Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring water, and bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will have some extra mats on hand as well.
