Here are the top three stories in Buffalo today: A 44-year-old Buffalo man has been declared dead following a wrong-way crash in Evans. Benjamin Wence collided with a tractor-trailer on Saturday morning after driving west in the eastbound lane on I-90. The crash is currently being investigated by the New York State Police. (WIVB.com - News 4)The National Labor Relations Board has filed a complaint accusing Starbucks of unfair labor practices in its Buffalo stores. The complaint outlined a litany of labor law violations and demanded the reinstatement of employees along with back pay. Starbucks has denied the allegations and reportedly plans to fight the charges during an upcoming hearing. (Olean Times Herald)The Buffalo Police Department is investigating a Friday night shooting that occurred in the 1300 block of East Delavan. The shooting resulted in one individual being transported to a local hospital. The department is asking anyone with information to contact its tip-line.
