Yoga For Marathon RunnersSunday, May 22nd10AM at YUJ YogaALL RUNNERS AND THOSE INTERESTED ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND. ** NO YOGA OR RUNNING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY **Running a marathon (or any race) certainly impacts how your body feels. But what actually happens internally? During a race, the body goes into overdrive, uses up energy stores, breaks down muscle, and loses fluid and electrolytes. And afterward, the body needs to recover from that damage. That's where Yoga comes in!
What to Expect:
- 60 Minutes of Restorative Yoga (Mats Will Be Provided)
