It's located in the Riverwalk complex at 360 Merrimack St., Entrance G, 4th Floor. Civil Process is one of the most used services we offer to our Essex County communities. Civil process is responsible for the delivery of legal services and the enforcement of civil orders in Essex County. It is also responsible for executing court orders and for the delivery of legal documents essential to the proceedings of state-wide and county civil cases.
