Here are the top stories in Glen Burnie today: Annapolis man, Jayvon Kalik Anderson, 20, faces two counts of attempted first- and second-degree murder for the April 12 shooting. The 15-year-old boy was shot while walking in the Eastport Terrace community. Anderson is being held without bond. (Capital Gazette) Yesterday brought with it a lot of rain for most of Maryland. Most areas saw up to 2" of rain. Along with flood warnings, a wind advisory was also put into place. (Patch)The Anne Arundel County Police conducted a special enforcement event on Thursday night, May 5. During the event they gave out 37 citations, 40 warnings and made 1 arrest. This was done on major roadways throughout Anne Arundel County.
