CONCORD, NH — Terriann B. Lynch, born 1991, of Boscawen was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on May 1, 2022, on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was charged at police headquarters. Joshua Ryan Wilson, 19, of Concord received a summons at 1:34 a.m. on April 30 on a bench warrant after an incident at the Everett Arena on Loudon Road. Ricardo Solis-Solis, born 1979, of Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested at 2:06 a.m. on April 29 on driving under the influence, disobeying an officer, and operating without a valid license charges as well as an open container violation. He was arrested after an incident at 172 N. Main St. David E. Wike, born 1961, of Concord received a summons at 7:53 p.m. on April 28 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Homewood Condos on Ormond Street. Jesse John Deforio, 29, of Boscawen was arrested at 7:09 p.m. on April 26 on a simple assault charge after an incident at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street and stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges after an incident at Freedom Cycles on Manchester Street. James Nathan Chestnut, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on April 25 on a warrant at police headquarters. Michelle Alvarez Aviles, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 2:39 a.m. on April 24 on driving after revocation or suspension and alcohol interlock-motor vehicle not equipped with interlock charges after an incident at 47 Fisherville Road. Justin Paul Murphy, born 1972, of Manchester was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on April 23 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Royal Gardens apartments. Sean Baker, 35, of Concord was arrested on a warrant a 7:30 a.m. on April 22 after an incident on Jennings Drive. Joshua Russell Burney, 43, of Village Street in Penacook was arrested at 10:49 a.m. on April 16 on two felony possession of controlled drug charges and a bench warrant. An officer patrolling in the area of Ocean State Job Lot saw a man sitting in the grass near three shopping carts and knew him to be Burney. The officer got out to speak with him and noticed that while it was raining and cold, he was attempting to put his shoes on. While talking to him, an affidavit stated, that he made "several odd statements similar to someone on meth or experiencing a mental health issue." Burney told the officer he had been dumpster diving and also shopping, the report said. When asked if he had taken any drugs, "he did not respond," the affidavit said. A check found an active electronic warrant and the officer prepared to put him under arrest. Before doing that, the officer asked him to remove items from his pockets and when he did, he had needles, including a loaded one, a glass case, and a small bag of a crystal substance believed to be meth, the report said. Burney said he got the drugs from a girl he just met named "Dizzy," the affidavit said. During processing, bail was set at $1,000 cash and he was taken to the county jail. He was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on April 18 and released on bail. Regis Babu Irumva, born 2003, of Concord was arrested at 10:27 p.m. on April 16 on simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and unlawful possession or intoxication charges after an incident at the Concord Gardens apartment complex. Kevin D. Muzzey, 54, of Webster was cited on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge. He was cited again at 5:24 p.m. on April 15 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge. Both incidents occurred at the Village Street Garage on Village Street. Got a news tip?
