Press release from the City of New Port Richey: 2020-11-09 Due to potentially heavy rains associated with Tropical Storm Eta, the City of New Port Richey will open sandbag operations from 1PM-3:30PM on Monday, November 9th and from 7:30AM-3:30PM Tuesday, November 10th through Friday, November 13th. This service is for City residents only. Sand and sandbags are available at 6420 Pine Hill Rd.
