Here are the top 3 stories in Phoenix today: Rising home prices have made many Phoenix residents turn to renting instead of buying. There's been an influx in the last few years of people moving to Phoenix, and although there are building projects in the works, they won't be completed for a few years. According to a report from the regional planning council for metropolitan Phoenix, the median sale price for homes in December 2021 was $427,500. (The Business Journals)After a meeting on Friday, May 6, the Arizona Department of Water Resources and Central Arizona Project have announced that more significant Colorado River cuts are likely to occur.
