Need Skilled Guitarist Lacking Ambition

I have a hobby band that gets together mostly for fun. We play my neighborhood block party each summer and the occasional open mic, but that's about it. We all have families and jobs, and are not interested in schlepping gear all over town on Friday nights. We play blues, folk rock, a little country, etc. Dylan, Tom Waits, Elmore James, Patsy Cline, Tedeschi Trucks, Leonard Cohen, etc. I have a studio with drum kit, PA, keyboard, multiple amps. No need to bring more than yourself and guitar(s). We have a drummer, keys, bassist, rhythm guitar, M&F vox. Need someone who can play lead on most songs. We range in age from late 30s to late 60s and in skill from advanced beginner to former pros. We usually get together once a month on Saturday afternoons, a little more often before the block party. Next session is Sat May 28 at 2 PM. If this is of interest, let me know.
