CONGERS, NY — A three-car crash has created a hazard on Gilchrest Road at Route 303. Clarkstown police, the Congers Fire Department and the Congers-Valley Cottage Volunteer Ambulance Corps are all at the scene. Be careful driving in the area, police said.
