--------- I am the CEO and founder of CEFA ------ seeking equality for all ------ we have recently completed our first study of/for women executives, and the results were stunning. We interviewed 87 women, the basic question was "Would you rather work for a woman or a man?" 84 of the women replied ( without hesitation ) that they would rather work for a man. Number 85 was an older woman who had forgotten to take out her hearing aids when when she showered that morning, and she could never understand the question. Number 86 and 87, we assume it was that time of the month, both of them turned and walked off without answering. At this point it is too early to draw conclusions, but our analytic department is demanding more computer software to help analyze the data and explore solutions.
