10 month old Coonhound

We have a 10 month old coonhound we cannot keep. We thought it was a good idea in the beginning but it's not a good fit. Hes going after our cat every day now out of nowhere and trying to hurt her. We live in a duplex and he deserves a life on a ranch or a farm or something like that. We work a lot and we just want the best for him. He's not aggressive, only towards cats. Gets along great with other dogs and is house trained. Has had all shots and he is not fixed. Thank you.
