All you need is an Internet connection and the free Zoom app downloaded on your computer, phone, or tablet. (Zoom.us or App store). The price includes 8 sessions per month. The current schedule is Wednesday and Thursday at 1pm. Classes are one hour. Optional, but strongly encouraged, homework is provided.
