Diverter Valve Shower Single Handle Manifold Replacement

Plumber Needed. I have $150 to replace a single handle manifold for the shower (Diverter Valve). This is a little more complex as the access area isn't't the widest, and the set up isn't the most convenient. See the photos. I can't see this being anymore than 4 hours of labor, $150 is firm.
