Help improve yard / garden / stone walkway

I use this house as a rental, and the walkway is really bad, as is the rest of the yard. It’d be great if someone enjoys working outside. Bonus if you’ve ever made a path or walkway, but not necessary. Also big raspberry garden I built in the back needs attending to. I happen to be a bit busy, as I’m actually starting my own law firm AND made a huge scientific discovery lately and started a company around that. I worked fun craigslist gigs in college so I thought I’d try posting. I guess I’ll pay per hour. Let me know what you want and a little about you. Here are some pics of the yard.
