HAVERSTRAW, NY — Haverstraw town police seek help from the public in their investigation into the death of a resident shot in his back yard Sept. 4. Andy Urena-Marrero died at Nyack Montefiore Hospital. He was 23. Police were told of a second victim in the shooting incident, whom they found already at the hospital. They said the second person, a 20-year-old man, was treated and released. Police ask anyone with information about the shooting to call the Detective Bureau at 845-942-3730 or leave a message on the anonymous tip line, 845-429-1952.
