Help with hanging curtain rods, netting, and a couple of other things

I’m trying to fix up my balcony, but I need help. Projects : 1. Hang curtain rods / curtains 2. Hang / attach netting (I started but the wind tore some of it down, and also I haven’t finished) 3. Re-attach a piece of flexible trellis (the wind tore it down too) 4. Hang / finish hanging punching bag (I started but I can’t get the screws to go in any further and I’m not experienced enough to know what to do) 5. Hang brackets for hammock I have all of the hardware (I hope), but you’ll have to bring tools. If you have things you think I’ll need (I don’t know - screws? those plastic things the screws go into?) please bring them and I’ll reimburse the cost. Early afternoon preferred.
