Above ground pool installation needed

I would like to hire someone to install an above ground pool, partially buried. 16' round. Frame needs to be buried 2-3' down, with the liner dug out an additional 1'. Previous experience with above ground pools is a must. Dirt haul away preferred. Please provide quote. Backyard is as shown- pretty flat. House located in 78704. Will have all pool materials here.
