ADP Lawn Mowing & Property Maintenance is looking for a full time landscape foreman to join our growing team. This is a year round position with reduced hours during the winter (Full time work April - November). Required Qualifications: - Clean & valid NYS drivers license. - Eager to learn new things and grow individually and as a team. - Able to communicate with clients and team effectively and professionally. - Willing and able to work some Saturdays as needed. - Work in a fast paced environment and meet project deadlines. - Able to lift 50 pounds - Read, interpret, and follow daily task instructions and complete in a timely manner. - At least one year experience in the landscaping field. - At least one year experience running compact track loader and mini excavator on job sites. - At least one year experience trailering equipment. - Pesticide license in category 3A is a huge plus. Job Tasks Include (but not limited to): - Reading and interpreting daily task sheets to run an efficient crew and job. - Using light machinery on jobsites for landscape tear outs, and installs. - Delivering and installing landscape materials (mulch, stone, topsoil…etc.) - Installing landscape stone, mulch, edging, etc. - Shrub trimming, plantings, spring and fall cleanups, etc. - Being able to run and manage a crew efficiently.
