I am running for President - Last minute bid

I have decided that, rather than complain about the direction either party has taken us, that I need to put in my bid for the 2024 Presidential election as a write in candidate. A brief explanation of my platform: There is a way to make immigration work for everyone involved. As your next President I will be creating the Citizen Exchange Program, or "CEP". Think Dr. Zhivago and the bridge crossing at night. I will guarantee citizenship to anyone coming over the southern boarder providing our southern neighbors agree to take two of our less desirables. This will have the benefit of allowing those who are most likely, or who have already, contributed to our economy, to gain citizenship but also increase the overall intelligence of the American gene pool. It will have the added benefit of solving the homeless and drug problem. Unfortunately my Generals have advised me that Mexico will run out of potential immigrants long before we run out of people to trade. Well, it was worth a shot!
