Grounds Maintenance at various Apartment Complexes in the Everett/Marysville lynnwood Job Description: cleaning trash in and around the parking area, blowing off walkways and by doorways and emptying garbages. Must have car to drive to various places. All supplies will be provided, which you will keep with you. (Blowers, backpack vacuum, broom/dustpan) Pay starting at $20.00 hour with a pay increase up to $21.00 after 30 days you will be payed 25 dollars a week for gas this is 4 month summer job starts may 23rd ends sept 15th You will be hired as a sub contractor with a 1099 and will be responsible for your own taxes taken out.you will need rain gear Must be available to start may 23rd Paydays are every other Friday. Job is Monday - Friday 9:00-2:00 with weekends off. You will have 25 hours per week 5 hours a day
