To anyone with a great dog history, please consider! No re-homing fee, just a home that can understand the following... This sweet handsome boy (Cooper) came into my roommates life by surprise. Unfortunately, though we've tried to make keeping him work, we don't have the space and the schedule to provide the time and room he needs to exsert his energy and the training he still needs. Due to the circumstances we came across him, we truly hope to find him a forever home that can provide what we can't and a home that won't take his love for granted. He's good with other animals and people but tends to have too much pent up energy for them and can quickly irritate other animals an occasionally humans. If he has a chance to run out his energy before meeting others its goes much smoother. Ideally his new home would have a sizeable fenced yard for a dog his size (65lbs - ish). Can offer training classes or has previous experience with training a young larger dog with limited training. And, most importantly, someone(s) who has the energy to match his energy or will benefit from his high energy presence. As far as his training, he's pretty good at sit, lay down & stay but sometimes has trouble. He will tell you he needs the restroom the same way he asks for attention so be mindful of this and let him out then give him love to safely avoid any accidents in the house. *Chipped & neutered, unsure of which vaccinations he's received* We hope this info will find someone who understands and would love to provide the forever home Cooper deserves.
