Nice Hen Needs Safe Home - Fast!

The Hen is Buttercup and she lost her "husband" Red Rooster last night. He was murdered by a predator. After successfully having chickens for 10 years - now some predator has learned to get over their 6 foot fence. She will be next! Her life is in danger. Their "Coop" is very small and dark - I can not leave her locked in it all day, so the murderer will probably be back soon to get her. It wasn't even dark yet, so whoever it was they must be brazen. I locked the two chickens in their house every night - but when I went to shut them in yesterday, at only about 8pm.... he had vanished. She's a lovely Hen, about 1 year old, she lays nice, tan color eggs, about one a day. She must go to a home where she will be safe... and not eaten! Must have a coop and some yard to roam in, she is used to quite a large yard. I am not charging you for her but I will deliver her to you - because I want to see that she will have a nice home.
