I am a drummer looking to start playing with other musicians again after taking a COVID hiatus. Ideally I would like to find people who want to write, practice, and record and maybe play a show once and a while or a band to join. I work a 9-5 so I'm available most nights and weekends and have a space available for practicing in SE with a bass and guitar amp that I used to use for shows. I'm vaccinated and I hope you are too, and I'm open to playing with people of all ethnicities, genders, etc as long as you are old enough to buy your own beer (I am 30). Some of my favorite bands are Delta Sleep, MeWithoutYou, Rx Bandits, TTNG, Hikes, Pinegrove, La Dispute, and Foxing. I'm open to playing a lot of different styles, as long as it is something unique and technically challenging and I can write my own parts. I have some sloppy phone recorded samples I could send, if you have anything recorded please feel free to send it to me regardless of recording quality.
