Bank of America claimed they served a Non-War Vet. His DD.214 says it all. He served in the Vietnam war 1971. They have been trying to throw us out of our home of 30 years. On 2/19/2021. He died. Before dying I was trying to get an article 81, through the office of protective services, which meant he had to be evaluated. The person the City of New York sent, came back with a report that said he was Unscathed by the War. I was married to him for 40 years. He had P.T.S.D. The Guardian appointed by a Queens judge went ignored by Supervising judge, John Lansden, in Queens Housing Court. The Guardian appointed had an emergency, she informed the court asking for an adjournment, which was denied, as he explained in open court that he did not believe her. Upon hearing this my husband deteriorated faster, and faster' Now I, has widow is being evicted because of the Disrespect of Veterans in this judicial system. I have asked several entities of the U.S Army to help me, to No avail without them taking me through bureaucracy bs. I need a group to Stand with me to put the Court on Notice to leave veterans alone. In this case I am being Evicted. upon a LIE. Please.
