Residential Garage Floor Epoxy Coating and Urethane Installer WANTED (Male or Female) We prefer someone with experience BUT we MAY be able to train you if you have manual labor OUTDOOR LABOR experience such as tree removal, fence building, junk hauling or moving, etc. Pay: $24/hr DAILY PAY by Check employment type: contract / 1099 Garage Floor Epoxy / Urethane Installer Helper Must be able to work weekends and 1 or 2 days during the week (on call) You must have a valid Texas Drivers License and SS Card in hand and must have the legal right to work in The USA NO EXCEPTIONS. Should have a decent driving record because driving the company van will be necessary. You must have your own vehicle because we always work a different garage in a different part of Houston and you may not be driving the work van. You may also be asked to run to the store for lunch or for supplies so you must have a vehicle no exceptions. Job requires working outside in the heat. Residential garages are very hot during the summer. Lots of lifting and loading and unloading. Must be able to lift approx 100lbs. Must be able to bend over and work on your knees filling cracks and taping baseboards. If you can't bend over and touch your toes or walk around on your knees then this won't work. Applicants Must: have your own vehicle to drive to our location each day (close to Tomball) and/or to job locations (we do a different residential garage floor each time we work so the install will always be someplace new in the Greater Houston Area.) -Be able to bend, stoop, work on knees in order to patch concrete and tape lower walls -Be punctual -No facial hair because we provide respirators that must be used for safety which will not work properly with facial hair because it will prevent a tight seal against your face. Do not apply if you have facial hair. -Be willing to work around concrete dust -Provide good customer service and quality detailed work. Attention to detail is important. -Must be able to load, unload heavy supplies -Bag up trash, load trash into van, carry trash to storage area daily -Work at a Fast Pace -Work is part time and different days per week including possibly Sundays and Saturdays. Our average week is 20-30 hours / 2 or 3 days per week average. But it gets slow during winter. -No smoking. -Job is on call, so you must respond to text messages on your days off in regards to work, for example: we might text and say we start a job tomorrow. We expect you to be available and to respond to all texts in a timely manner. If you have another gig or job this will not work, as we need someone available to work within a days notice. We will update you to future work as we get it, this is not a mon-fri 9-5 scheduled job. It is a contractor position. We do not guarantee a set # of hours. -Must follow and Take New Instructions with a good attitude. -No phone use while on the clock. You can respond to texts or calls on your brakes -Must be able to work with someone watching and supervising you because you will be trained as you work so as you make mistakes you will be taught the right way to do things so we need someone who does not get bent out of shape or irritated when being watched while working. We want a humble learner with a good attitude.
