Chihuahua / Chihuahua mix info. / update PLEASE

A few days ago there was a post about Chihuahua and Chihuahua mix dogs hiding under and around Porta potties at a park in or around Philadelphia. Unfortunately, I'm not positive on the name but think is was Norris Park. The posting was deleted with no update I can't get the images of these dogs photos out of my head. I'm hoping anyone with any info. on how this ended can please let me know. I can't put this to rest in my mind. I'm hoping someone can update me on what is hopefully, a happy outcome Thanks in advance to anyone who can help and have a wonderful day!
