Hi. My name is Hildi (short for Brunhilde). I am a Shitzu girl. I was born on May 28th 2021. My people are a fulltime RV traveling family and they have been taking me on all of their travels and we make tons of memories on our adventures. However, I have been missing something...a backyard (I love getting my zoomies out and finding sticks) and a person who can give me lots of attention in the form of training. I am VERY smart and treat driven and will learn just about anything you teach me. Unfortunately my people don’t have the time to intellectually stimulate me enough, so I’ve gotten myself in a bit of trouble that might get my people in a difficult situation on campgrounds. I see squirrels and other critters and just have to chase them and I run out of the RV without a leash, and I also protect the house from potential intruders by barking. My people say that’s fine if I lived in an actual house but it’s going to get them in quite some trouble on quiet campgrounds. They feel I’d be much happier being a little less “confined”. I know that I am very loved but my mom would never forgive herself if I got ran over by a car because I’m MUST chase the squirrels, or if I ran too far and not find my way home. I’m potty trained. I absolutely LOVE cuddles and belly rubs. I’m used to going to the groomers every 2-3 months. I get along with other dogs but I’ve never been properly introduced to cats. You just have to meet me. I’ve received all my shots and I will bring my own bowl, leash and favorite toy. My people are very sad to see me go, but they want the best for me and unfortunately the RV life just isn’t right for me. There’s a rehoming fee that ensures I go to a good home.
