Owner of a multi family house is looking for a handyman to do various jobs on the property. Needs experience in carpentry, other work would include for example, changing ceiling tiles, caulking and or grouting bathrooms, repairing small roof leaks ect. Person must be trust worthy, honest and independent. Job does have the potential to grow and given work on other properties in the Madison & Morristown area when needed.
