In addition to your own personal section, renter will have full access to a large communal area containing a large center island, as well as a workbench with tools, soldering station with oxyprop torch, a polishing wheel, flex shaft, tumbler, sheet metal shears, vice grip, ultrasonic. Renters are welcome to store some tools / items in common area. Room also contains a slop sink, ventilation, free Wifi, and utilities are minimal (occurs on a bi-annual basis and are very low). The studio is located in a nice, secure, well run building filled with other art studios.
