nice couple in Qdoba

I am trying to find the nice couple I was chatting to while in line at Qdoba yesterday (in Mishawaka). A younger Hispanic couple, guy and girl. He said "Caliente!" while in line and started to close the blinds bc it was so bright and hot (he accidentally turned off the "Open" sign instead!). They were dressed nicely - she was wearing a pretty white & brown dress. (I wonder if they may have been going to the Garth Brooks concert?) As they were heading towards their black truck (F150 type but I'm not sure if actually a Ford) he said to us "Have a Blessed day!", and he opened the door for her. Seemed like such nice people! I really wanted to hand them a business card and say - "Hey if you need a doc, come look me up!", but I chickened out so now I'm posting this instead :) If you might know who this is, please let me know!
