Needing an experienced maintenance person to live on site. This is part time and you would be able to keep your current employment. This opportunity would be as an Independent Contractor and not an employee. You would need experience in all areas of Apartment Maintenance including but not limited to make redies, plumbing, HVAC, and ability to install kitchens, hot water heaters ect. Please include all of your experience with your reply. Our property is a non smoking and no pet property. There would also be an opportunity while living on site to do work part time at one of our other properties and earn up to $500 per month for the right person depending on your experience. You would be on call for emergencies. lock outs ect. We have an immediate opening for a qualified person. We offer a Studio with all of the bills paid including internet and cable with a free on site laundry.
