2371 Greenbrier Mossydale near Bundrick, Winnsboro SC

Last Sunday (May 1) I was riding my bicycle on Greenbrier Mossydale Road when a car committed a hit and run. I suffered a traumatic brain injury, broken ribs, broken left leg, collapsed lung, cannot walk and am still hospitalized. Witnesses were able to describe the car (a black BMW sedan with tinted windows), the driver, and the damage to the car (right mirror dangling, damage on right side). If anyone knows the license plate or owner of this car, I would like to offer $1000 for information to identify this person. I would be grateful if they call the Troop 4 Highway Patrol ) or message me.
