I’m in need of an ongoing handyman for my small property management firm. 616-581-2671 Position is for 1099 must have comp and gen liability. We pay for it if you decide to be semi full time. We guarantee 32 hours if you decide to be full time. Flexible you set your own schedule. Job pays $20-30 an hour depending on experience. First week is paid daily Venmo then a check once a week. Candidate should have basic experience in all aspects of residential repairs.you don’t need to be an expert in anything but knowledge of basic roofing, gutters, siding, decks, light interior such as paint flooring ect. No truck required buy if you have one and are willing to occasionally move materials we pay extra. Only thing needed is basic hand tools. Candidates should be able to work self supervised. As we move forward if it’s a good fit you and me this could be a possible partnership opportunity. Goal is not to make money off some one it’s to make money with someone. Record clean ish, no active warrants. Driver’s license required.
