GF Snacks & Sweets: You can find healthy alternatives that taste great. This class will explore recipes that highlight ingredients that may delightfully surprise you. Participants will help create Black Bean Brownies, Lemon Collagen Bombs and Snickerdoodle Hummus to enjoy at the end of the class.
All ingredients used will be gluten free, however this class is hosted in a studio kitchen that does prepare gluten items.

Jeanne Givelekian is a Holistic Chef, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Founder of Purposeful Eats, LLC. Her love for whole, unprocessed food has inspired her to prepare nutritious and delicious meals, and engage in a healthy lifestyle, to overcome both personal and family health issues. She offers a variety of cooking classes for adults and students to explore the 'what' and 'why' behind food choices and then implement the 'how' in making recipes and dishes because healthy eating habits begin in the kitchen.
