Join us as we discuss everything from pregnancy health and what to expect at the hospital to caring for your mental health and more. Black women are three to four times more likely to die from pregnancy-related causes than White women in the U.S. – and in Hamilton County. Join a panel of local maternal health experts as we discuss how to advocate for yourself in the hospital and at your doctor’s office, warning signs to look out for, and local resources to support the whole you before, during, and after birth. All attendees will receive a free gift and take-home dinner. Open to all moms and moms-to-be.
