This workshop is intended for Growth level real estate agents (17+ transactions/ year) who are thinking about building a team and need to know where to start, the hiring process, looking for talent, and what your systems and models look like. In this workshop you will learn from two individuals who have built power-house real estate teams.
Learning Objectives:
The WHY of Millionaire Models Identify the need for talent and use a system to hire the best talent in the industry. Understand the FIVE business models of the MREA: Economic, Lead Generation, Budget, Organizational, and Expansion Model. Create systems for communication that will enhance team and office effectiveness. Team Accountability: Define team needs, and the difference between training, coaching, and consulting.
