In their presence, you will feel the distinctive personality, mind, and depth of emotion unique to each of our beloved Horses.Learn the real rescue stories of our beautiful horses. They have come to us from all walks of life; cruelty cases, feedlots, retirement, and slaughter yards. The journeys of our horses from glory into a ward of the slaughter pipeline is the untold story of thousands more Thoroughbreds who desperately need our protection. Our rescued horses are gentle souls who are curious to connect. They enjoy being groomed, listening to stories, and meeting with visitors.Bring your camera and a smile to capture magical selfies. The Horses of Unbridled offer an unforgettable escape from the chaos afoot in the world. READ TO THE RESCUES Unbridle The Joy of Reading beside a big beautiful horse.This is a great opportunity to learn more about rescued animals and have fun practicing your reading skills while connecting with our wonderful horses. Bring your own reading material or explore new equine themed books from our Secret Forest Memorial Library. Comfy reading stations will be set up by stalls and paddocks (weather permitting).We are a working farm. You will be walking in between the fence rows on uneven, grassy ground. Mud, flies and the typical odors of a farm will be present.Our tours are semi-guided. You will have the opportunity to groom the Horses with an experienced handler.Registration required. Cover your feet!
