Please help us find my sisters ESA dog that was stolen along with her car. She was inside the vehicle when someone stole it on Thursday May 5th at 2:10 pm from 125th and SE Division st. She could be anywhere in the Portland area by now. She’s friendly but may be scared and fearful now that she’s out in the big city without human protection. She’s less then a year old and approximately 8 pounds. She’s got long legs and white chest and a black muzzle. She had two collars on that you can see in her pictures. She is missed and is loved beyond measure. Please help us bring her back home to my sister where she needs to be.
