Lead Pool Service Technician With the pool season underway Solstice Pool & Spa LLC is looking to expand. We are looking for an energetic pool professional to lead a service crew while providing exceptional customer service. Job Description Lead service technician responsibilities: Lead a service crew, performing pool and spa openings and closings, maintenance, troubleshooting and equipment repairs and installation of safety covers. Responsible for keeping company vehicle clean, organized and prepared for the day's tasks. Completion of web-based job ticket software Communication with customers Experience & Requirements 2+ years of experience in the pool or spa service industry Mechanical knowledge Experience with both power and hand tools Ability to lift 50 plus pounds regularly Dependable and punctual Ability to work overtime as needed Valid driver’s license Good communication & organizational skills, with a focus on customer service Knowledge of swimming pool pumps, filters, heaters, controllers, PVC plumbing, low voltage wiring, saltwater chlorination, UV and Ozone disinfection, and water chemistry.
