Male: Jack Russell Terrier mix; 16 years, 4 months Darling Kirby, a senior Jack Russell Terrier, is just the sweetest little dude. Kirby enjoys neighborhood walks, exploring the backyard, following you around the house, and always greets you with a tail wag and a sniff. Kirby is VERY quiet. In his foster home, he has yet to bark, whine or growl. He's living nicely with two dogs and kids who love him. In his previous home, Kirby lived peacefully for many years with another calm dog and a cat, so he would be fine in a home with cats or other calm, senior dogs. Although he is almost 16, he is in good overall health with some senior dog issues, but none that slow him down. He is perfectly house-trained, so he has no incontinence or other high-need health issues. He nicely free roams part of the house and does well when his foster is away. He will go in his crate if he needs to. Come meet him.
